How I Learned RevOps

Two years ago, during a summer internship, I first started working with HubSpot. Since then, I've surrounded myself with RevOps and along the way I've learned two key lessons:

1. Connected data drives revenue — But only if it's clean, reliable, and used intelligently.

2. Most consultants get it wrong — I've watched $20,000 go into solutions that didn't fit the team's actual workflow.

Now, with AI transforming how businesses operate, I'm launching my own consulting practice to help more companies unlock the full potential of RevOps.

How I Help

Three ways I optimize your RevOps systems

Data Flow Setup
Making sure all the important data flows into your CRM from every touchpoint your customers have with your business.
Clean Integrations
Keeping that data clean and any integrations working smoothly so your team can trust what they're seeing.
AI & Automation
Using AI and automation to combine all data sources into metrics that your teams can actually use to make decisions.

Recent Projects

Real examples of how I've helped companies

Customer Usage Data
Problem: Customer Success team had no idea who was using their product or how often.

Solution: Set up a backend to bring usage data to HubSpot and derived metrics to calculate churn risk and successful onboarding

Result: Increased customer renewal rate (%).
LinkedIn Lead Recovery
Problem: CRM was automatically setting leads as inactive despite strong LinkedIn engagement.

Solution: Created a backend to push LinkedIn engagement data into the CRM and then included LinkedIn data in the CRM's automatic lifecycle stage calculation.

Result: Increased lead retention (%)
